A: Simply browse our collection, add your chosen items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as secure online payment options listed at checkout.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you deliver outside the UK?
A: Yes, we ship internationally. UK delivery is £5.99 (free over £50), international delivery is £15 (free over £200).

Q: How long will delivery take?
A:

  • UK orders: 3–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–15 business days (depending on customs clearance)

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to follow your parcel’s journey.

A: We offer 30 days of free returns. If you’re not completely satisfied, simply contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.

Q: How do I arrange a return?

A: We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, due to natural materials and screen variations, slight differences in colour or texture may occur. Measurements are always provided to help you plan your space.

Q: Do your cabinets require assembly?
A: Some of our furniture may require light assembly. If so, clear instructions will be provided with your order.
